1. What is GoGo CD to MP3 Ripper?
GoGo CD to MP3 Ripper is a piece of software for ripping audio CD tracks to Mp3 WAV files , converting audio formats. It supports ripping CDs to MP3, WAV files, converts Mp3 to WAV or Convert WAV to MP3.

2. How to install GoGo CD to MP3 Ripper?
Before the installation, please see the topic system requirements first to make sure that your PC meets the conditions.
Find the setup package you have downloaded from the website. If it's an exe file, double click it to run it, then follow the prompts to finish the installation procedure. If it's a zip file, please unzip it with WinZip first, then click the exe file to install it. If WinZip is not installed on your computer, please download it from the WinZip's website http://www.winzip.com/ and install it to your computer.
After the installation, there is a shortcut created on the desktop and under the programs group, see it from "Start > Programs >GoGo CD to MP3 Ripper".

3. How to launch it?
When the GoGo CD to MP3 Ripper is installed successfully on to your computer, there should have a shortcut created on the desktop, you may double click it to launch it. You may also run it from "Start > Programs >GoGo CD to MP3 Ripper >GoGo CD to MP3 Ripper".

4. How to uninstall it from my computer?
You can run "Start>Programs>GoGo CD to MP3 Ripper>Uninstall.
Or you can click "Start > Settings > Control Panel" .
For Windows XP, please click "Start > Control Panel".
Click the item "Add/Remove Programs", then select "GoGo CD to MP3 Ripper" from the list and click the "Remove" button to uninstall it.

6. How to convert CD to MP3?
To convert CD to WAV, please install the CD to Mp3 ripper and insert your audio CD into CD driver,select output types as Mp3,click 'Start Extract'.

7. How to convert CD to WAV?
To convert CD to WAV, please install the CD to Mp3 ripper and insert your audio CD into CD driver,select output types as WAV,click 'Start Extract'.

8. How to set the output options when converting CD to audio files?
Before ripping CDs to audio files, you can configure the output audio files' settings including CBR, VBR, Bitrate, Quality, Output Folder. You may enter the options dialog from "Action".

9. How to rename the default tracks' names?
The default tracks' names are "Audio Track x" such as "Audio Track 1", "Audio Track 2", ...
If you want to change these default named tracks, you may right click the item, then enter a different name when an input box is activated.

10. What's the limitation of trial version?
The trial version will only allow you check the first 5 tracks. And it always activates the notice dialog.

11. Is technical support free?
Yes, the technical support is completely free. As to the regsitered users, we will try to reply all the messages within 24 hours. As to the unregistered users, we do not guarantee that all the messages will be replied although we will try our best.

12. If I purchase this program, how much do future upgrades cost?
The software is shareware for one-time registration fee only. You will get all the future's versions for free.

15. I have placed an order, when will I get the software?
Firstly, we will not send out CD by post. You will get the registration name and code as soon as the order is finished! And we will also send you an email for instructing you to register the software with the registration informaiton included within 24 hours.
If you have not get the registration name and code, and also have not get the registration email within 24 hours, it may because that your email address is not correct or not reachable! You can send an email to us for resending it with the order ID and correct email address included.
